The composite robot integrates advanced SLAM laser navigation and human-machine collaborative interaction technologies. It delivers integrated capabilities of autonomous movement, grasping and handling, alongside multiple strengths including precise navigation, autonomous safety, easy operation and human-robot collaboration.   Multi-layer Protection & Standard Certifications  

  1. High-sensitivity Safety Limit: Proximity sensors detect the robot’s in-position status to trigger accurate shutdown and prevent collisions.

  2. Speed Safety Monitoring: Dual encoders conduct real-time monitoring of AMR movement and rotation speeds; the motor triggers an emergency stop once preset thresholds are exceeded.

  3. Customizable Safety Zones: Equipped with dual laser radars for 360° all-round detection, allowing flexible configuration of safety protection areas.

  Integrated Hand-Eye System & Rapid Calibration  

Compatible camera solutions are available. Leveraging 2.5D spatial position compensation technology, the system quickly locates 6-degree-of-freedom postures for self-calibration and automatic orientation identification. It supports QR code scanning, character recognition, dimensional measurement and other functions. Graphic programming eliminates complex coding work and simplifies the deployment of vision-based applications.

  User-Friendly Operation & High Precision Efficiency  

Stability

Adopting laser SLAM algorithm, the robot achieves a repetitive positioning accuracy of ±5 mm and docking accuracy of ≤±2 mm. It enables seamless connection among personnel, equipment and goods for high-efficiency circulation across workstations.

Expandability

Designed with highly modular collaborative robot, AGV, vision system and gripper modules, it is fully compatible with the full CR series. Mainstream 2D/3D vision systems and grippers on the market can be quickly connected to flexibly adapt to various material handling and loading scenarios.

Deployability

A one-stop visual deployment tool is bundled to simplify map construction, workstation layout, route planning, as well as rapid calibration and task sequence editing, boasting comprehensive functions and hassle-free scalability.

A unified resource scheduling system covers full-process digital management from configuration and implementation to plant-wide operation. It streamlines AMR control, scheduling and data management, and supports seamless connection with MES systems.
