Coolight CL803D Dual-Rail Intelligent Inspection Robot

The Coolight CL803D Dual-Rail Intelligent Inspection Robot is developed specifically for underground enclosed corridor scenarios, including cable tunnels, utility tunnels, coal conveying galleries and pumped storage power plants. It meets the operation & maintenance demands of multiple industries such as power grid, thermal power, hydropower, new energy, oil & gas, municipal engineering, transportation, mining and metallurgy.

The robot adopts an aviation aluminum body with IP66 four-proof protection. It is equipped with dual anti-fall structures and triple anti-runaway safety mechanisms, and incorporates patented differential driving technology as well as a bidirectional radar obstacle avoidance system. The lightweight body weighs less than 30 kg, enabling easy single-person maintenance, and supports offline autonomous operation.

Fitted with a modular mounting platform, the robot can perform infrared temperature measurement on cable joints, hazardous gas monitoring, water leakage and geological hazard early warning, as well as fire identification and disposal. Meanwhile, it can interconnect with multiple systems including tunnel integrated monitoring and online cable detection systems. Capable of 7×24-hour unmanned autonomous inspection, it supports customized functional configurations according to on-site working conditions. The robot can comprehensively replace manual work to conduct hidden danger monitoring, risk early warning and emergency disposal within high-risk corridors.
