Coolight CL801M Explosion-proof Quadruped Inspection Robot 

Centered on a modular design and equipped with an integrated data interaction center, the Coolight CL801M Explosion-proof Quadruped Inspection Robot allows rapid configuration of functional modules tailored to diverse operation scenarios including mines, industrial plants, emergency rescue sites, power tunnels and high-risk industrial zones, enabling customized deployment across multiple application environments.
Integrating five core subsystems — robot body, multi-dimensional perception system, intelligent control system, long-duration energy system and anti-interference communication system — this all-terrain intelligent operation platform built on a highly mobile quadruped chassis replaces human workers to conduct automatic inspection, hidden danger monitoring, data acquisition and emergency survey in high-temperature, toxic, narrow and high-risk complex environments. It delivers a comprehensive unmanned intelligent operation and maintenance solution for industrial safety protection, emergency rescue, underground pipe networks and open-pit mines.

  Robot Body (All-Terrain Mobile Chassis)  

Constructed with high-strength aluminum alloy frame and heavy-duty engineering plastics, it adopts a 12-degree-of-freedom bionic leg structure for superior flexibility. Boasting IP67 high protection rating, the unit delivers reliable dustproof and waterproof performance, adapting to harsh working conditions with mud, ponding, dust and humidity.
Weighing approximately 68 kg, the robot supports dynamic load ≥40 kg and static load up to 150 kg, capable of carrying various detection devices. Its dual-form dimensions (standing / crouched) enable smooth passage through narrow tunnels and low corridors, balancing flexible traversal and equipment loading capacity.

  Perception System (Multi-dimensional Environmental Monitoring)  

Fitted with a dual-light gimbal integrating high-definition visible light and infrared thermal imaging cameras, paired with a 32-line LiDAR featuring a maximum detection range of 100 meters. The system integrates multi-spectral sensors and sound localization arrays, combining visual recognition, temperature measurement, gas detection and sound source positioning functions.
Supported by fused positioning technology of GPS, Beidou inertial navigation and visual SLAM, it achieves precise mapping and navigation both indoors and outdoors even in signal-free zones, comprehensively capturing equipment faults and environmental abnormalities.

  Intelligent Control System  

Matched with an advanced command & dispatch platform, the system supports standalone robot operation as well as collaborative control of multi-robot clusters. Operators can remotely assign inspection tasks and plan autonomous patrol routes. The data interaction center realizes real-time synchronous transmission of collected data and video streams, with background centralized storage, analysis and early warning functions to realize intelligent unmanned management.

  Energy System  

Standardized with high-energy-density lithium batteries, an optional hybrid power system is available. It delivers up to 5 hours of endurance under no-load conditions and a minimum 2.5-hour runtime under full load, with a fast full-charging cycle of only 2.5 hours, meeting the demand for long-duration continuous inspection in open fields and industrial facilities.
