Coolight CL802N Indoor Inspection Robot targets power, new energy and multiple industrial scenarios. It adapts to narrow and complex spaces including indoor equipment rooms, power distribution rooms, GIS rooms and enclosed corridors. Equipped with fully domestic high-integration hardware and an AI algorithm platform, it delivers powerful traversability via multi-sensor fusion navigation. The lightweight and modular chassis facilitates on-site operation and maintenance. Paired with a visual intelligent operation & maintenance platform, it enables full-process unmanned inspection and meets the requirements of localized security control as well as 7×24-hour uninterrupted equipment monitoring in key industries.
Adopting multi-sensor fusion positioning and navigation technology, the robot supports a maximum climbing angle of 10°, maximum obstacle-surmounting height of 20 mm, and can cross trenches up to 40 mm wide. It travels stably and flexibly amid complex obstacles such as indoor power plant cable trenches, equipment bases and ground pipelines, enabling free movement across the entire operational area.
Weighing merely 55 kg, the robot features a minimum passage width of 55 cm, making it suitable for constrained spaces such as narrow power plant corridors, cabinet gaps and compact power distribution rooms. The whole machine adopts split functional module design; detection, communication and power supply modules can be rapidly disassembled, assembled and replaced independently, greatly boosting maintenance efficiency.
It supports fully domestic software and hardware adaptation. Core chips, control hardware, driving software, background servers and management systems are integrated with independent controllability, eliminating risks of foreign technology bottlenecks. It satisfies localized security control requirements for key industrial scenarios such as power plants and achieves in-depth adaptation to industrial intranet environments.
Embedded with over 20 industry-exclusive AI detection algorithm models, it achieves ≥98% accuracy for equipment defect identification and meter reading recognition. It supports quick access to various monitoring sensors for temperature, gas, high-definition video and infrared thermal imaging. Inspection data is transmitted in real time, while equipment operating status and factory hidden dangers are displayed centrally in visualized form for intuitive remote management.
